I was surprised to learn how much I’m not using the capabilities of the computer program to my benefit! Blocking and assigning columns has improved the understanding of the scheduler. Better scheduler management=more practice revenue!
I loved everything from the Report Generator! Creating and using reports to catch anything that may “slip through the cracks” will boost my practice to the next level. I used my own data and can already see areas that need improvement!
Efficient use of the Report Generator has enabled me to gauge the health and success of my practice and easily see where improvement is needed. More in-depth knowledge of the Templates using the provided shortcuts will enhance management of the entire patient database.
The recall strategies to attract and book long lost patients were helpful. I learned communication skills, not inviting a “no” answer from patient and new options to avoid many unnecessary phone calls!

THE HUMAN SIDE OF DENTISTRY-7th Annual Weekend of Learning and Leisure-May 2008
I like the way Bob incorporated daily events and related them to dentistry. Key topics were clear cut and made it easy to see how we can use them effectively. This lecture provided a lot of great tools to promote better communication. Lots of good analogies!
Bob is an excellent, entertaining, enthusiastic speaker. Imagine....a no-nod seminar at a 2-5pm time slot!
Thanks for the handout package-very well presented. It’s nice to just sit back and enjoy the speaker/content rather than scrambling to write notes the whole time!
Great course! It shed some light on a recent conflict I was involved in at work!
