We have been working with Bob Hope, Autopia, and Time Shift Solutions for two years now and the experience has been valuable.

We had been using two different dental softwares prior to Autopia which did not meet our requirements on the technical and the support standpoint. I was introduced to Autopia in 1990’s when I was an associate dentist for another practice. Autopia has come a long way and the software is user-friendly. It allows for integration of third party software such as Schick Intra-Oral Camera. We have also found technical support to be very knowledgeable and available when you need them most! The transition and merge of our client files from the two previous software’s to Autopia was neither an easy task nor a task other software companies were willing to undertake. But Bob Hope spent his weekend seamlessly transferring data from the two different software’s, and merging it into Autopia. The next Monday morning was a live test and Bob, Angela and the Autopia technical support team were on standby for us.

After our initial training session with Autopia, we found that the software was capable of so much more in terms of analyzing our financial data. This is where Bob Hope, the team coach, came in to give us the extra boost that we needed in managing our team. Bob’s enthusiasm along with his knowledge in the dental industry has given us the ability to motivate our team and communicate with our clients effectively.

We look forward to working with Autopia and Time Shift in the years to come.
